This venture created more than thousand job opportunities for people from the Onderberg and abroad. Tomatoes, Butternut, Bananas, Peppers and all the other fresh produce from the farm will be packed and processed in the packaging plant.

Mavis Reis, Inyoni Boerdery’s Events Coordinator and HR said they are building and maintaining a relationship with their employees because without their love and hard work, there is no Inyoni Boerdery.  “We have a good and solid relationship with our employees; they are the pride of this farm. “

“Looking at the politically and economically state/situation in our country at the moment, finding a job is not easy. We are here to provide for our people. It gives us pleasure knowing that we are able to contribute to our economy and playing a big role in uplifting our people. “Reis said.
