Learners bring their art to life with aplomb

It is an opportunity for learners to showcase their talent and skills.

A great variety of art was displayed during the annual art exhibition at  St Peter’s School.

The event was held on Thursday in the hall as an opportunity for learners to showcase their talent and skills. The director of sport and extracurricular in the school, John Piere Du Toit-Erasmus said, “Our pupils, as young as four years up to our grade seven art, were part of the exhibition.

The pupils did not disappoint, submitting amazing work though some artwork outshone others.

“Every class also has a group project that gets sold in a live auction. The canvas that was sold for the highest price was the Gr RRR’s for R3 700,” he concluded.
