Young rider single-handedly flies school’s colours high
Hoërskool Rob Ferreira student excelled at the South African National Equestrian School Association nationals

Anisca Smit did her school proud during the recent nationals at the Misty Meadows Equestrian venue just outside Pretoria.
Although she was the only rider representing Mpumalanga in the higher levels, Anisca kept the province and her school’s name high with several rosettes for team results too: bronze for jumping 1,10 metres, silver for jumping 1,20 metres, bronze for dressage A and B and a fourth place rosette for all the other classes.

• Mpumalanga floating trophy for school with the most points 2-4 riders – Hoërskool Rob Ferriera
• Bronze medal in dressage elementary medium
• Rider of the year for jumping A and B 1,10 metres – Oscar
• Rider of the year for jumping A and B 1,20 metres – Lady
• Rider of the year for dressage elementary medium A
• Rider of the year dressage elementary medium B
• Rider of the year working hunter level 7 (jumping one metre)
• Rider of the year open equitation (1,10 metres jumping)
