Nkomazi beauty on her way to China

MALALANE – Lucia Ochan, an Nkomazi beauty queen, is going to represent South Africa in Shenzhen, China. She was crowned Mrs Africa Globe 2019 and will be flying this week, where she will be competing with ladies from
53 countries in Mrs Globe 2020. The crowning takes place on December 7.

Lucia is from Buffelspruit in the Onderberg. Her passion in life is empowering the youth, men and women, and cancer awareness, especially breast and childhood cancer. She is also involved with numerous non-governmental organizations that strive to teach and create better lives and hope for people in need.
Corridor Gazette met Lucia in the offices of the executive mayor of Nkomazi, Johan Mkhatshwa. He wished her the best of luck with the competition.
