Little Karoo brings the community together
Even load-shedding was not enough to quell the festivities that took place at the Little Karoo Christmas Market last Friday.

Little Karoo Coffee Shop and Creative Minds Computer Training Centre owner, Rowena Richardson, was the organiser of this event and made sure that the festivities could continue.
She enlisted the help of her son, Jethro Richardson, who installed batteries and an invertor system.
“Thank you to my staff, family, exhibitors and the local community who made the market possible. Especially to my neighbours, who agreed to avail their space to us, as well as J&M Security and Hi-Tech Security who provided their security services during the market.”
The purpose is to create a great vibe, bring the community together and to present a Christmas spirit – something that was truly made possible.

Malcolm Sands kept the crowds entertained while they strolled through the stalls’ unique and unusual products.
“Many people don’t know that Little Karoo sells Laharna Olives, which is a popular organic brand also sold at a popular music and art festival held locally,” Richardson said.
She added that it was great to give exhibitors the opportunity to trade and to be able to bring the community together.
Little Karoo has markets such as the Christmas Market every now and then. All you have to do is check their Facebook page for updates.
