MBOMBELA – 12 Days of Christmas in the Lowveld My Spar Lowveld, in conjunction with RISE fm and Jacaranda, gave back to the community yesterday as part of their “12 Days of Christmas” initiative.

Twelve daily winners won a R1 000 Spar voucher each, and the final winner won free groceries for a year. This came to a total of R36 000’s worth of vouchers given back to the Lowveld community.

As part of the competition SPAR also undertook to donate R10 000 each to charities of RISE fm and Jacaranda’s choice.

This was donated to Betty’s Haven and Pediatric Care Africa.
