Zama's mission in life is to teach people how to live, excercise and eat healthy

Meet the Iron Lady of Nkomazi. Zama Ntuli was born and bred in KaMhlushwa. She studies sport management at the University of Pretoria.

Her love of Nkomazi and its people made her return to her roots. Zama Fitness Centre opened its doors in November.
Corridor Gazette joined in a session last week. This is no serious affair. The ladies dance and laugh and lose weight at the same time.

Zama’s mission in life is to teach people how to live, exercise and eat right. This lady also visits Barberton Prison once a month where she gives exercise classes to the inmates. Furthermore, she goes to Buscor once a week where all the drivers sweat for an hour.

The Nkomazi group of instructors meets once a month in a different town in the Lowveld where they train new and upcoming instructors.

The practise sessions in Malalane take place at the Kobwa Community Hall Mondays to Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:00.
