How far would you go to end gender-based violence? To answer this question, participate in a virtual race in aid of Child Welfare SA Nelspruit. It will take place from November 25 to December 10.
This will be during the 16 Days of Activism. You can participate in this race from anywhere. Temie Biyela, the administrator for the Mbombela branch, said it is a great opportunity to challenge your friends, family or colleagues all while supporting Child Welfare.
“All you have to do to register, by clicking on the provided links (see below) and fill in your details.” “The participants can choose between running and cycling. There are two options: four kilometres (R50) and 16 kilometres (R100).

We are selling T-shirts and tank tops for R200 which you can collect from the offices in Mbombela. If you unable to do so, we can courier it, although you need to add R100 for delivery.” Child Welfare Nelspruit is an NPO that provides social services for children in the city. The organisation deals with cases of abuse, abandonment and adoption.
