Lanies have fun on Heritage Day
Laerskool Malelane celebrated Heritage Day, September 24, at the school sport fields in style.
The pupils and teachers all contributed towards a fun-filled event.
The school braaied over 500 boerie rolls for all the children and teachers. This was all generously sponsored by Choice Butchery, Steers, Fishaways, Debonairs Pizza and Onderberg Verwerkingskoöperasie.
Kids got wet and wild on the water slides and the teachers had a water gun war to cool themselves off in the heat of the day. Loads of excitement, fun and camaraderie were shared by everyone who attended. The principal, Gerben Janse van Rensburg, did not miss the opportunity to have fun with the teachers and learners.
