Fake news: There is more than one Barberton

A video has been doing the rounds on social media, showing a bridge being swept away by water during what looks like to be a flood.

These scenes are said to have been captured in Barberton, which is partially true. This Barberton, however, is on another continent.

The video presumably shows a river near Barberton, Ohio, USA, approximated to be during 2019, washing a bridge away.

Sheryn Nader from Barberton confirmed that the video is most definitely not of a bridge in this South African town.

The video was posted on TikTok last year.
