Two women rob Mbombela students of iPhones, sought by SAPS
The Mpumalanga SAPS requested anyone with any information that could assist in the arrest of two women who had allegedly robbed two tertiary students at a Mbombela shopping centre recently, to come forward.

Two women are being sought by the Nelspruit Police for allegedly robbing two tertiary students and threatening them with the use of a gun at a local mall on Wednesday February 8.
According to a provincial police spokesperson, Brigadier Selvy Mohlala, the two women approached the two students and asked them for directions.
While the students were showing them where to go, one of the women opened her handbag to show the students she had a gun hidden inside the bag.

Selvy said the woman with the gun told the students not to scream or she would shoot. The women stole items, including two iPhones and a wristwatch, from the students and left the scene.
It is not known where the two women went after the robbery.
A case of robbery with a firearm was opened and the investigation is ongoing.
