Another speedster arrested in Schoemanskloof

The driver was doing 155km/h in a 100km/h zone. 

The driver of an Audi RS3 is out on R1 000 bail after he was arrested by the Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison’s Traffic Intervention Unit yesterday, March 9, for excessive speeding.

The department’s spokesperson, Moeti Mmusi, said the speedster was caught on the N4 toll road near Schoemanskloof for driving at 155km/h in a 100km/h zone.

“He was taken to the Ngodwana Police Station, where he was granted bail. He will appear in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court soon,” Mmusi said.
