Vodacom Nelspruit gets a facelift

The Vodacom store in Russell Street has gotten a new look. It now offers its clients a vibrant and tech-driven space that will improve customer service.

The store closed for the refurbishment on March 9 and reopened its doors to customers with a brand-new look on March 25.

It now encompasses design elements from the new 2.0 concept store, going with a theme of sustainability that recycles and reuses furniture and fittings.

The design features include a greenery feature video wall, vinyl wrapping of the desks with an African pattern, as well as new LED lighting strips to complement the modern look.

Customers can expect the same superior service with an added bonus of a fully functional digital self-service kiosk. The queuing system has also been upgraded and will be rolled out through all Vodacom’s refreshed stores.

The video and feature walls include new prepaid touchscreens that allow customers to browse accessory offerings, as well as exciting new digital items that will soon be introduced.

The Vodacom store boasts 10 consultants and six tech consultants, ready to provide the best service to every single customer who walks through the doors.
