15-year-old aims for Miss Teen Limpopo

The 15-year-old Zephorah Maroga is a semi-finalist in the Miss Limpopo Teen competition.

Zephorah, born in Driekop, wishes to bring the big crown back to Burgersfort and Tubatse. The finale will be held at the Bolivia Estate in Polokwane on November 25.

“It’s a blessing to reach the finals of this pageant. I am grateful for the support from my family, especially my mother, Daphney, my friends and mentors. It’s my dream to clinch this one,” said the Grade Nine pupil of St Thomas College.

Zephorah, who currently resides in Makgemeng Village, urges local residents to continue supporting her over the final hurdle. “The support I get is immense, and I wish it will continue until the crowning event.”

Zephorah is not a rookie at pageants, and has several accolades under her name. Among those is Miss Steelie 2017. “I’ve always had a passion for modelling. Iwant to see myself representing Mzansi internationally in modelling.”
