Multiple-vehicle accident causes serious injuries on N4
A collision involving five vehicles on the N4 near Schoemanskloof resulted in serious injuries for four individuals. Details provided by Moeti Mmusi, spokesperson for the Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison.
An accident occurred on the N4 in Schoemanskloof between Patatanek and Old Joe’s Monument today, April 7, at about 14:00.
According to Moeti Mmusi, the spokesperson for the Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison, five vehicles were involved in the accident. He said four individuals sustained injuries. Martin Jeffrey, an Emer-G-Med paramedic, confirmed that none of the patients were seriously injured. He mentioned that Emer-G-Med and ER24 had transported the individuals to the hospital, where they remain.
Jeffrey advised drivers to exercise caution due to the wet road conditions in Schoemanskloof.
