A couple riding a BMW 1200 Adventure motorcycle sustained serious injuries following a collision with a car on the R40 close to Hazyview on Sunday, February 9.
The motorcycle caught fire as a result of the impact.
Both the vehicles went off the road when they collided. The motorcycle caught fire.

The motorcyclist and passenger were transported to a hospital in Mbombela.
