Licensing and vehicle registration temporarily unavailable at Mbombela testing centre

The Mbombela Driver Licence Testing Centre will be closed for a week due to refurbishment.

Members of the community and motorists are advised that vehicle registration and licensing services will be unavailable at the Mbombela Driver Licence Testing Centre from Monday to Friday, July 14 to 18.

This temporary closure is due to ongoing refurbishment work at the centre.

Moeti Mmusi, the spokesperson of the Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison, urges the public to utilise alternative testing centres in White River and Barberton for their vehicle registration and licensing needs during this period.

“Vehicle licence disc renewals can also be obtained in Hazyview, at the Mbombela Post Office and the City of Mbombela offices at The Grove Shopping Centre,” Mmusi added.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused by this temporary disruption to services.
