TMM TRAINING FACILITATOR VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – Cheetah Chrome South Africa, is located in the Burgersfort area, situated on the Eastern Belt of the Bushveld Igneous complex in Limpopo Province. Farm Mooihoek 255 KT, Driekop, Burgersfort. TMM Training Facilitaror – Cheetah Chrome South Africa (Pty) Ltd is looking for a TMM Training Facilitator to strengthen the training capacity within the HRD Department and to ensure all employees receive the required training to perform their duties safely and in compliance with mining standards. ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
•Grade 12.
•Qualified Miner with a valid Blasting Certificate at least 5 years TMM mining experience.
•Valid Assessor and Moderator Certificates.
•At least 3 years` experience as a TMM Training Facilitator or Mining Trainer in a mining environment.
•Knowledge of the Mining Skills Matrix, MQA requirements and MHSA requirements.
•Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
•Good communication, training and assessment skills.
•Previous experience in TMM training and competency assessment will be an advantage. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Facilitate TMM training, assessments and licensing in accordance with company SOPs and applicable legal requirements.
•Develop and review training material and assessments and provide support with the training matrix.
•Conduct the training needs analysis.
•Ensure that employees are competent and certified to operate TMM safely.
•Maintain accurate training records, reports and compliance documentation.
•Support the HRD Department with induction and ongoing safety training initiatives.
•Ensure adherence to the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA), Act 29 of 1996, and company safety standards.
•Monitor and maintain employee training and competency records in line with operational and legal requirements.
