PUBLIC NOTICE THABA CHWEU LOCAL MUNICIPALITY. ADOPTION OF IDP, BUDGET, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROCESS PLAN FOR 2027-2028 FINANCIAL YEAR. Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21 and Section 29 (1) of Local Government Legislation: Municipal Systems Act; and Section 21 (1)(b) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, that Thaba Chweu Local Municipality has adopted its IDP/Budget Process Plan 2027/28 under Council Resolution Number: A120/2026 on 28 August 2026. The plan will guide the IDP, Budget and Performance Management processes. Copies of the process plan documents are available on the municipal website: www.tclm.gov.za as from 3 September 2026.
