The Association invites applications for: ** 1 X SOCIAL WORK MANAGER Minimum Requirements
•BSocial Work Degree, current registration with SACSSP
•15 Years` experience as qualified Social Worker, min 3 years on Management level.
•Proven track record of successfully managing more than 10 professional staff
•Min of 5 years` experience in writing funding proposals for Social Programmes
•Good communication skills, with extensive written and verbal skills in English to produce reports, handle grants and proposals. Strong planning and organizing skills
•Ability to establish & maintain professional relationships and enduring organizational support, a team player who also works well independently
•Competent use of Microsoft Office
•Valid driver`s licence and own vehicle compulsory ** 1 X SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR Minimum Requirements *` BSocial Work Degree, current registration with SACSSP *` 10 Years` experience as qualified Social Worker
•Previous experience in supervising a team of SSPs
•Sound verbal and written communication skills (including the ability to write reports, project plans, business plans and business correspondence)
•Honesty, integrity and attention to detail
•Competent use of Microsoft Office
