Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T31375/2004 passed by SANDRA ELIZABETH BRINK, Identity number: 531121 0001 083 in
favour of STEPHEN GEORGE DORAN, Identity number 541212 5237 182 and TERESA YVONNE DORAN, Identity number 571211 0188 187, in respect of certain ERF 470 WEST ACRES EXTENSION 3 TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION JT, PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA which has been lost or destroyed.
All persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Mbombela, situated at 25 Bell Street, Mbombela, within two weeks after the date of the publication of this notice.
