NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Notice is given of a Basic Assessment in terms of Chapter 6 of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (NEMA) 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), as amended and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014, of intent to carry out the following activity:
Project name: Development of an additional bedroom, a gym and an all-sports court on Portion 3 of the Farm Joubertshoop 67 KU, Timbavati Private Nature Reserve.
Project description: The proposed application constitutes the following:
•An all- sports court with an approximate footprint of 800 sqm; and
•An additional bedroom and associated gym facilities, each with an approximate footprint of 115 sqm.
Listed activities: GN 985, Listing Notice 3 of 2014 – Activities 12
Location: Portion 3 of the Farm Joubertshoop 67 KU.
