Civic-Edge Development Planners have lodged a land development application in terms of Section 62 of the Nkomazi Splum By-Law 2015, For the Rezoning of Erf 3222 Marloth Park Holiday Township, from `Residential 1` to `Tourism` for the purpose of formalizing `South Post at Kruger Lodge`. Plans and/Particulars relating to this application may be inspected during office hours at Planning and Development Department, Nkomazi Local Municipality, 22 Impala Street, Malelane 1320. Any Person having an objection or comment in granting this application must lodge such in writing, at the above- mentioned address, as well as undersigned agent, within a period of 30 days, starting from 03 Sept 2026.
