Rosco hits yet another target
Rosco Becker has done it again! The former Hoërskool Nelspruit pupil has proved that he doesn't miss any targets when he competes at national level.

At the recent practical shooting national selection at Golden City in Johannesburg,
Becker outshone all his junior competitors and had some of the senior gunmen
lifting their eyebrows.
After a very successful 2013 season, he achieved an overall second position in the production division and was announced the top junior of the day.
Last June at the first selection round, he achieved and overall 11th position and was placed fourth junior overall at the Pretoria Eeufees Competition. In October he stepped up his game when he took part in the third selection round hosted in Stilfontein. Here he progressed to third overall and top junior.
“I started shooting in this division last year and I must say it’s been a challenge. But my hard work has paid off,” Rosco commented.
The next step for the talented gunman is America in October when he will form part of the national practical shooting team to represent South Africa in an international series. He received his national colours on the last day of the Golden City selections.
“I have no words to describe my joy. It’s just a honour for me to be able to represent my country in such a big event and I’ll do my absolute best,” he concluded.
