Swimmers make club proud
The level one's held the UniSwim Club's name high at the South African Club Championships level-one at the beginning of the month in Bloemfontein.

It brought home 10 medals and came fifth out of 47 clubs. Skye Munro (13) won four gold medals – for the
50m freestyle, 100m freestyle, 50m butterfly and 200m individual medley.
Joshua Swanepoel (13) brought home three golds for breaststroke and Kyra Gilifillan (13) also won three gold medals for breaststroke.
The club was proud to send nine swimmers to the South African National level-three Championships at the end of March. Chad Hawley earned a silver and a bronze in the 50m and 100m breaststroke respectively.
It started with six members and has since grown to become the largest swimming club in Mpumalanga.
