Youngsters make the sqaud

Mpumalanga cricket teams competed in the interprovincial tournament held at Sandton Arena from April 28 to May 4.

Two learners of Penryn College were selected for the South African squad to attend a final camp of 24 boys from all over the country.

Jared Bone and Ethan Scorgie, who won silver medals in the final, were chosen. 

Jared is a batsman/bowler and a top fielder and Ethan was selected as a wicket keeper and batsman. 

Both boys have been playing since the age of eight and stand a chance of making the team to tour Australia in 
October 2015.
