Kick-boxers excel at the SA championships

Students from the Lowveld Fight Club, comprising of Barberton and Nelspruit, took part. Under the guidance of their coach, Brandt Ehlers, the following Barberton kick-boxers participated: Carmen Bronkhorst, JG Pansegrouw, Francious Labuschagne, José Ehlers, Marques Olivier and Chris Steenekamp.

According to Ehlers, these promising kick-boxers performed exceptionally well and he is convinced they will make a name for themselves in the sport.

The Mpumalanga team brought home four gold, six silver and three bronze medals. They received fourth and fifth places. 
“With 17 participants and 505 fighters from across South Africa, we are enormously proud. We also extend a big thank you to everyone involved for all their support.”
