Johan Rudolph spog met ‘n lang lys prestasies o.a. was hy die afrigter van die Namibiese krieketspan van 2007 tot 2012. In 2013 was hy die afrigter van die Uganda nasionale span.  Sy betrokkenheid oor die jare as afrigter en bestuurder  by die Titans word hoog aangeskryf en onderneem hy saam met verskeie spanne internasionale toere.
