Do you think your sports team is the best in the Mbombela Municipality? Why not participate in the Mbombela Mayoral Cup Tournament and test your skill against teams from across the area.
This is the 10th anniversary of the tournament and there are great prizes such as cash, trophies, medals, sport kits, balls and equipment to be won.
Sport disciplines include soccer for u/13, u/15, u/17, u/23, men’s open, women’s open and masters; netbal in four categories (including development teams); volleyball; basketball; wheelchair basketball; and a 5km fun walk, 5km fun run, a 10km race and 21km half-marathon.
Registration is now open and will last until November 10 at 14:00. Forms are available at all municipal service centres and registration fees must also be paid there.
