Fitness fanatics do it for a smile
Four regular faces from CrossFit Nelspruit have decided to donate R1 per repetition to Operation Smile during each of the open WOD's done at the box at their new venue, Orchard Village.
Not only do they train to be physically prepared for any challenge, they also stay fit for charity one repetition at a time.
