Both of Beacon College Primary’s house teams won awards when the group had their turn on the athletics field on Friday.

The Hawks, in blue, won the athletics, and the Eagles, in red, had the best spirit and sang from the heart to support their teammates. The proceedings started off with the long-distance items and learners enthusiastically participated.

No medals were handed out during the event, but athletes will be recognised for their efforts during the school’s prize-giving ceremony at the end of the year.
