Guppie Tigers’ swimmers take to the waters
Guppie Tigers Swimming Club's (GTC) Mbombela and White River branches held their 11th annual LTS and development fun gala on Friday, March 2 at Uplands Prep's pool.
In total, 118 of GTC’s swimmers from both branches participated.
The gala catered for all participants from four-years-old and up who swam their hearts out for medals sponsored by Alo Creations.
Each one who swam received a cold drink and a packet of chips.

The highlight of the day was the hilarious parent race. It was a very enjoyable and fun day for all.
“We had an extremely good season,” said Nelia Pienaar of GTC.
She and her coaching staff are very proud of the swimmers’ performance and progress.
“We wish all our swimmers going to SANJ and SA level 1, 2 and 3 soon all the best and good luck.”
