Soccer team get new kit
Lowveld High School have announced a partnership with fashion retail outlet, Sneakers Edition.
Sneakers have tied down a deal to sponsor the school’s boys’ first soccer team, with the hope of improving the standard of the team’s performance.
Players will now be kitted out in the green and blue colours of the company.
“Our partnership with Sneakers is the ideal partnership. Football development is truly largely going to happen in schools, and our partnership with Sneakers is a football developmental one. In this regard we’ve once again set the standard countrywide. We’re grateful to our partner in Sneakers for the lovely kit. We’re probably the best dressed soccer team in all the Lowveld,” said soccer coach of LHS, Sihle Sibande.
Owner of Sneakers, Ndumiso Zwane said that they are proud to be associated with LHS.
“We have a great relationship with the school. We have juniors training at LHS as part of a programme and since we started this initiative, the sport has grown immensely. It is also a great way to give back to the community.”
