Jason Wiid won the Liberty Mbombela Golf Club Championship with a gross score of six over par 148 on Sunday.

The tournament was played over 36 holes on Saturday and Sunday.

After the first round, Nick Elliot held the lead with a two over par 73. Wiid was second on 75.

But a 79 for Elliot and a steady 73 from Wiid on Sunday saw Wiid win by four strokes.

Neil du Toit finished third on 156.
