The fields and courts were surrounded by hundreds of parents cheering on their children at the annual LVM Insurance Brokers Krokodilletjie Rugby and Krokonelletjie Netball Day at Laerskool Nelspruit last Thursday.

Laerskool Nelspruit hosted Laerskool Laeveld, White River Primary, Curro Nelspruit, Komatipoort Akademie, Laerskool Malelane, Laerskool Lydenburg, Klipspringer Primary and Barberton Primary.

The children showed exceptional talent, but more importantly enjoyed the matches in the true spirit of sport that the participating schools are known for.

No doubt there were a few players who will one day don the colours of the Springboks or the Proteas.
