Steelwings MC held a Charity Bowls event at LVCC on Saturday afternoon.

Teams of four players challenged one another under the watchful eyes of LVCC Bowls Club members.

The greens were packed and a festive atmosphere reigned as the players, bikers from local clubs and non-bikers, most of whom had never played bowls before, competed for a good cause.

“Steelwings Lowveld MC is a non-profit organisation that supports our local community. We held the most successful annual bowls day in collaboration with LVCC. All the proceeds will be used to the benefit of our local community, such as old age homes, children’s homes, non-profit organisations, and individuals in need,” said Des Hoffman, president of Steelwings Nelspruit.
