Golf day raises funds to make Diago’s dream come true
Last Friday, TwoRedPens Marketing Agency had the privilege of hosting the Building. Future. Goals (BFG) Golf Day at White River Country Club.
The event enjoyed amazing support from the community and companies, even from as far as the Highveld, participated and contributed to the success of this day to fund a talented young man, Tiago Dias’ trip to play in the Iber Cup in Portugal.
The IberCup is currently one of the most important world youth football tournaments on the planet.
Every year about 40 000 players participate in the various IberCup tournaments for a week of competition, fantastic experiences and extraordinary opportunities to compete with teams from all over the world. The IberCup is held in different locations: USA, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Denmark and Japan.
The BFG has the objective of raising funds and providing opportunities to help children achieve their dreams, whether it would be to further their sporting or music careers. Turning obstacles into opportunities.
The golfers had a fun day out of the office, enjoying the hospitality of the golf club and TwoRedPens, that put the event and concept together.
The highlight was the prize-giving with Tiago presenting an incredible speech to not only thank the participants and organisers, but most importantly emphasise his drive to live out his passion.
Tiago is sure to be making headlines and stand the Lowveld proud.
