Twins take home the ultimate trophy

It's a tie!

Twins, Jordan and Matthew Prinsloo have both been named the Danie Rossouw Sportsman of the year.

The staff for the Hoërskool Rob Ferreira awards ceremony, which was held in the school hall last week, simply could not separate the pair.

They participated in exactly the same sport and both excelled in what they did.

Jordan and Matthew were part of the Mediclinic Nelspruit Interhigh team since grade eight. They played cricket and hockey for the first team and this year they were both selected for the provincial hockey side.

Trampoline gymnast CJ Bekker was presented with the trophy for highest achievement, having excelled on international level.

At the SA Gym Games he just missed out on a podium spot. He then went on to represent his country in the Christiaan Anderson City Games in Demark where he received the bronze medal.

Jumping specialist from Rob, Junior Mondlane was awarded the trophy for highest achievement as an individual athlete while Zandri Strydom was also acknowledged for her expertise as a mountain biker.
