Success is defined as the achievement of something desired, planned or attempted and for the local Nelspruit Re/Max Lifestyle Estates office, this year has been the epitome of that definition, as it has accomplished some incredible results so far this year.
Broker/owner of Nelspruit Re/Max Lifestyle Estates, Maurice Lodewick, says the recent sales rally held in Johannesburg, their office placed third in the Northern Region for highest number of sales to date this year, placing ninth nationally. This is an incredible result considering that this single office was up against others from much larger metropolitan regions.
“This achievement points to the fact that the Mbombela property market is performing extremely well and continues to show year-on-year improvement. It also proves that the Re/Max system and formula works well and achieves outstanding results,” says Lodewick, who was presented with an award for service excellence along with Re/Max Lifestyle Estates sales associate Joy Gulle
Lodewick says the success that his office is enjoying this year is a direct result of his sales associates going above the crowd and giving their clients excellent service, while understanding that the real-estate industry is more about connecting with people and fostering relationships than just selling an asset. “Although there have been challenges in the housing market such as access to finance and inventory shortages, our office been able to perform above industry norms due to the extensive resources and training available to them through the Re/Max brand,” adds Lodewick.
He notes that aside from the office’s achievements, many of the agents have performed exceptionally well individually with René Kotzé, Kim Pascoe and Gulle taking the third, fourth and fifth positions within the Northern Region for the highest volume of sales to date.
“Even though the property market is constantly changing and the remainder of 2014 will have its challenges, there is no doubt that Nelspruit Re/Max Lifestyle Estates is well equipped to deal will whatever the market has to offer and will continue be the real-estate office in Mbombela offering the best service,” Lodewick concludes.
