Lucia Ochan, Mrs Mpumalanga second runner-up calls on the community to open their homes for a Cuppa for CANSA.
MBOMBELA – Mrs Mpumalanga second runner-up, Lucia Ochan, hosted a Cuppa for CANSA at Mugg and Bean, i’langa Mall on Tuesday.
The Cuppa was to encourage members of the community to host their own, and to create awareness about cancer initiatives in the community.
“There are continuous talks about other diseases like HIV/Aids. We must also bring awareness to cancer as it affects us all,” she said.
Those present were treated to music, make-up tutorials and personal grooming lessons, a muffin and a cuppa.
