Mathabatha officially opens D4253 road
It also connects with R33 in the Sekhukhune District Municipality (SDM). This road was constructed by the Road Agency Limpopo (RAL), a state-owned entity under the Department of Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure.
SEKHUKHUNE – Limpopo premier, Chupu Stanley Mathabatha, officially opened the D4253 road in Ga-Masemola on Tuesday.
The D4253 is a 5,42km access road that traverses the village of Ga-Masemola as one of the main streets, making it possible for motorists and people to access various amenities such as shops and schools.
It also connects with R33 in the Sekhukhune District Municipality (SDM). This road was constructed by the Road
Agency Limpopo (RAL), a state-owned entity under the Department of Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure.
“The roads of the province remain one of the key service delivery hallmarks upon which the provincial government continues to improve. It is the commitment of this government to accelerate the delivery of
roads and important infrastructure to the people, especially in rural areas.
“It is in that spirit that the work to build a better roads infrastructure network and connect the people of Limpopo will continue unabated,” said Mathabatha.
During the opening, Mathabatha was joined by MEC for Department of Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure, Namane Dickson Masemola, executive mayor of SDM, Stanley Ramaila, and the mayor of Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality (MLM), Minah Bahula.
