MHT Hyundai Burgersfort opens its doors
During the official opening, new and used vehicles were on display. Curious visitors and clients got a glimpse of the spacious building that was redesigned a few months before the opening.
The days of travelling long distances to buy your brand-new Hyundai vehicles are a thing of the past. The Tayob family has added another dealership in town. MHT Hyundai Burgersfort officially opened during a carnival-themed ceremony on November 20. The fun-filled event had much entertainment and many stalls and rides. Motor car enthusiast and locals joined in the celebrations.
The Korean brand operates in the old Toyota building just next to the Total filling station.
The Tayobs and their relatives are not new to car dealerships in town. They have been part of the Lydenburg-Burgersfort community since late 1869. They first farmed in Burgersfort and later started a general dealer in town. They also own Burgersfort Toyota and MHT Hyundai Lydenburg. During the official opening, new and used vehicles were on display. Curious visitors and clients got a glimpse of the spacious building that was redesigned a few months before the opening.
On the day, clients also got the opportunity to test-drive some of the new models from Hyundai.
Upon entering the building, a wide and open space welcomes the guests. Cars such as the Hyundai Santa Fe, Venue, Atos, Tucson, Creta and the Kona are seen at the entrance.
There you will be greeted by friendly staff members, always eager to assist. The management said the new dealership will accommodate people from Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng. “This is an opportunity for locals to access the best cars on their shores. We are trying to provide customers with the room to enjoy shopping for cars in a more relaxed manner. No need to travel to other provinces; we have the cars you need,” said the management of MHT Hyundai Burgersfort.
They said they have chosen to expand their business interest with the Hyundai brand because of their car’s affordable pricing and quality.
The new dealership stocks new and used Vehicles and Hyundai parts. It also boasts a service centre.
