VIDEO: EFF protest fails to materialise
Despite Laerskool Nelspruit closing for the day, and the athletics meeting at Laerskool Bergland being cancelled, the EFF protest did not take place.
Many parents did not get the messages about the contingency plans and were turned away at the school gates. Security and police were on high alert but the planned protest did not take place.
EFF MP, Collen Sedibe did show up at the school to explain the intended reason for the failed protest.
