Laerskool Julian Muller se rugbyspanne het dié seisoen gewys wat met harde werk, spanwerk en deursettingsvermoë bereik kan word nadat hulle uitstekend gevaar het in die Grootskole Waterberg-streekliga.

Die skool se spanne het hulle laaste ligawedstryde op hul tuisveld teen Laerskool Ellisras gespeel. Die wedstryde was gevul met aksie, uitstekende rugby en spelers wat hulle alles op die veld gegee het.

Ná afloop van die liga is vier van Laerskool Julian Muller se spanne as ligawenners gekroon, terwyl een span as naaswenners geëindig het.

Die skool se tweede span, o. 9A-span, o. 9B-span en o. 11B-span het met trots die titel van ligawenners ingepalm. Die derde span het ook uitstekend gevaar en is as naaswenners van die Waterberg-streekliga aangewys.

Al vyf hierdie spanne het nou hul plekke bespreek in die Limpopo-finale uitspele wat in Polokwane op die velde van Pietersburg Hoërskool (PHS) plaasvind.

Die Julian Muller-spanne sal in die semi-finaal teen Laerskool Pietersburg-Oos (Oosskool) te staan kom, waarna hulle moontlik later dieselfde dag in die finaal kan uitdraf. Hierdie wedstryde vind Donderdag, 18 Junie, plaasgevind.

Vanjaar val die kollig veral op die B-spanne van Laerskool Julian Muller, en die skool is besonders trots op elke speler vir hul toewyding, harde werk en uitstekende spanpoging.
