Sivutsa Stars FC entertain United
After 24 games, Stars who were recently featured in the hit NFD soccer programme on Supersport, have only managed to collect 31 points.

Following an away happy hunting for the NFD campaigners, where they stunned Roses United by 3-0 in their midweek clash, home team Sivutsa Stars will entertain United FC on Saturday at the KaBokweni Stadium.
Stars, who have only six games left before the 2013/14 NFD season winds up, are currently in the10th spot on the log and are aiming for a clinical finish.
“Last week’s victory motivated the boys and gave them the moral support needed to go the extra mile.
“You know it’s not easy to get a point on the road, let alone all three, but we did it last week and I want to believe that we can do even better here at home.
“I honestly don’t see anything standing on our way,” said Charles Nkosi, the team’s PRO.
After 24 games, Stars who were recently featured in the hit NFD soccer programme on Supersport, have only managed to collect 31 points and if they win all their remaining fixtures, they could end up with 49 points and within the top eight teams.
Even though Nkosi strongly believes they will get all three points at stake on Saturday, he warned they were not going to take United FC for granted, arguing that they (United FC) have impressively stuck at their guns against their foes since the beginning of the season.
“We are playing against a formidable team who are currently in position seven and also in desperate need of points. We know they are coming here to wage war and throw everything at us. But, just like I said earlier in the year, that as much as we respect all the teams we play against, we are not going to show them any mercy. We are ready, we are waiting for them,” further said Nkosi.
After this battle, Stars have two difficult away encounters against Cape Town-based teams, FC Cape Town on April 2 and Milano United on April 6.
