President Cyril Ramaphosa is addressing a stadium crowd on the significance of 24 years of democracy.
Ramaphosa, who took office in February with promises to jump-start the economy and stamp out graft, had been attending the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London.

This year’s celebrations at the Dr Rantli Molemela Stadium recognise the roles Nelson Mandela and Albertina Sisulu played in the struggle for freedom.
The government says freedom can only be realised through radical socio-economic transformation.
