Man arrested for allegedly raping daughter, fathering her three kids
It is alleged the 26-year-old woman's mother was aware of the rapes, but never reported them.

A 53-year-old father has been arrested in Mandeni, on the KwaZulu-Natal north coast, after allegations that he has been sexually abusing his 26-year-old daughter emerged.
The daughter has three kids who are alleged to have been fathered by her own father who has been allegedly raping her since she was a young girl.
Isolezwe reports that the alleged perpetrator was arrested on Tuesday after members of the community policing forum alerted the police of the suspected incidents. He is expected to appear in the Ndwedwe Magistrates’ Court next week.
The daughter is said to have three children aged 11, 9 and one, and she stayed with her parents. It is alleged the mother was aware of the rapes, but never reported them.
KZN police spokesperson Colonel Thulani Zwane confirmed the arrest, and said the suspect would be appearing in court soon.
Ncumisa Ndelu of KZN’s social development department has urged family members to report such incidents.
“Rape is a difficult subject to speak of … We encourage this young woman to speak out so the perpetrator may be arrested and face justice. We hope the police will do their job diligently in this matter so that if he committed the crime, he can be punished for it.
“We urge others who may be in a similar position to come out so that the abusers can be arrested because we do not need them in our communities,” she said.
