Pregnant schoolgirl shot dead in Limpopo village
A pregnant 19-year-old was shot and killed at her home in Xikundu village, Limpopo, police said on Thursday.

It is alleged the deceased was attacked at her home at Wednesday night by unknown suspects, said police spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe.
“They broke into the house and shot her several times before fleeing the scene. The deceased’s mother escaped unhurt,” Ngoepe said.
The teenager, identified as Nare Beanice Malebana, was a Grade 12 learner at Jim Chavani High School.
Police have launched a manhunt for the killers.
