Welcoming Spring in style at Moretele Park Jazz Festival

South Africans are getting ready with their camp chairs as they will be celebrating one of the country’s quintessential outdoor festivals in Moretele Park, Mamelodi, Pretoria this Saturday.

The popular annual event in celebration of the local talents would be honouring and paying tribute to South Africa’s musical icons and other people who have made a major contribution to the arts.

It also aims to offer a strong platform for the development of local talent growing from strength to strength year after year.

The event has attained iconic status as the biggest and most popular one-day, open air, music presentation in the country.

The highlight of the event would be that it would be featuring the loved new comer Nathi, who won the music lovers with his new debut album Buyelékhaya.

And then the big Jazz guns would be Caiphus Semenya, Oliver Mtukudzi, Bhudaza, Vusi Nova, Kanda Bongo, Mango Groove, Vusi Mahlasela, Thandiswa Mazwai, The Soil, Black Motion, Afrotraction and Tshwane Bands.

Tickets are only R250, you would not want to miss that on pay weekend for many nogal.
