This Ordinary Council Meeting replaces the proposed date on September 27.

Although the Estcourt News was informed on Monday afternoon that no council agenda was prepared, a copy was obtained from a local councillor, which was emailed on September 28.

On the agenda for the meeting on October 5 will be a review of a Performance Agreement for the July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 financial year.

The purpose of this agreement is to monitor and measure performance of employees, according to key performance areas, which include municipal transformation, local economic development and good governance, among others.
Also to be considered at the meeting is naming and renaming, however there is no indication in the documents as to what is referred to.

The Ikhwezi IRDP Project is also up for discussion. Confirmation of minutes from previous council meetings as well as a resolution register for previous minutes concludes the agenda.
